We can also provide a Check In and Check Out service for you

♦ Check in Reports are completed before the commencement of a tenancy. An independent inspection is undertaken so that the tenant can verify inventory accuracy. Once agreed and signed by landlord and tenant the inventory becomes a legally binding document.

• During the Check In the utility meter readings and details of keys/fobs will be handed over.
   

♦ Check Out reports are produced on termination of tenancy. A comparison report is independently compiled highlighting discrepancies with the Check In report.

• Claims are viewed more favourably if compiled by an independent and impartial party such as an Independent Inventory Clerk, particularly in a court of law.
